1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the mlhbd platform at mlhbd.net, creating a player account, depositing funds, participating in any game or betting market, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the mlhbd platform and close your account. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any revised terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated agreement.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with mlhbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and mlhbd. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

mlhbd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Players are responsible for reviewing this page regularly to remain informed of their rights and obligations.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The mlhbd platform is strictly available to adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. 18+

mlhbd operates a strict age verification procedure. At any point during the registration process or thereafter, mlhbd may request documentary proof of age, including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by mlhbd will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an active account on the mlhbd platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the mlhbd platform or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of mlhbd or any of its affiliated partner studios and payment providers.
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

mlhbd reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time, including but not limited to upon first withdrawal request, upon significant changes to account activity, or where fraud or underage gambling is suspected. Players who are found to have provided false information during registration will have their accounts permanently suspended and any outstanding balance forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account on the mlhbd platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonus credits held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in your own name. mlhbd is not responsible for any loss or disruption to your account arising from the provision of inaccurate or outdated registration information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have notified mlhbd of a suspected security breach promptly upon becoming aware of it.

mlhbd implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months showing your registered residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, confirming ownership in your registered name.

Documents submitted for KYC purposes must be clear, unaltered, and in a format accepted by mlhbd's verification team. Submission of falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate permanent account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mlhbd platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and wagering activity — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion on the mlhbd platform and no exchange rate fees are applied to any transaction. The balance displayed in your mlhbd wallet at all times reflects the actual amount held in Taka.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players are advised to consult the Cashier section of their account for up-to-date limits applicable to their specific payment method.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. mlhbd reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. The standard withdrawal processing time via bKash and Nagad is within 24 hours of approval for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving institution.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• mlhbd reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or are flagged by our risk management systems.
• Withdrawals requested to a payment method that does not match the registered account holder's name will not be processed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mlhbd offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with major events on the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar — such as BPL season promotions, Eid bonus offers, and Pohela Boishakh free spins campaigns.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by mlhbd unless expressly overridden by the specific terms published alongside an individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and free spin awards expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Game Contribution: Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed; live dealer table games, sports betting markets, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is ৳500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Withdrawal Restriction: Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable; only winnings generated through the completion of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds become withdrawable real-money balance.

mlhbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements — mlhbd reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games available on the mlhbd platform utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, independently verified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. mlhbd does not influence game outcomes in any way beyond what is determined by the certified RNG systems operated by its game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

For sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports offered on the platform — the following rules apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to mlhbd's prevailing odds at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet confirmation.
• A bet is considered confirmed only once a valid bet slip reference number has been issued to the player. Pending bets that have not received a reference number are not guaranteed.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void declaration, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's settlement rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
• mlhbd reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or placed using an advantage obtained through technical exploitation of the platform.
• In-play (live) betting markets close at the discretion of the platform's trading team and may be suspended without notice during key match events.

Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game or betting market before participating. mlhbd's FAQ page provides guidance on common game rules and sports betting market types. Technical malfunctions during gameplay — including but not limited to disconnection, server errors, or browser crashes — are governed by the platform's game malfunction policy, the details of which are available from the support team.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the mlhbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct — whether personally, through an agent, or in coordination with other parties — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, cancellation of bonuses, and may result in reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent Registration: Providing false, fabricated, or stolen personal information during account registration or KYC verification, including false name, date of birth, address, or identity documentation.
• Multiple Account Creation: Creating or operating more than one registered account on the mlhbd platform, whether to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple welcome bonuses, or for any other purpose.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through strategies that contravene the spirit of promotional offers, including low-risk matched betting on opposing outcomes using bonus funds, systematic exploitation of free spin awards, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live dealer tables or in poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage, including the sharing of hand information, chip dumping, or any form of pre-agreed cooperative strategy.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner that substitutes for human player decision-making.
• Money Laundering: Using the mlhbd platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering or financial crime scheme. mlhbd's transaction monitoring systems are active at all times and suspicious activity is reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your registered mlhbd account, including family members, friends, or for-hire account managers.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a transaction that was legitimately processed by mlhbd. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts permanently closed and the disputed amount pursued for recovery.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

mlhbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A successful self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve months may be designated as dormant. Dormant account administration fees and the conditions for dormant account reactivation are set out in the platform's dormant account policy.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their mlhbd account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Players who have been permanently closed for breach of these terms are not permitted to re-register on the mlhbd platform. Attempts to re-register following a permanent closure will be treated as fraudulent registration and the new account will be immediately suspended.

mlhbd's self-exclusion programme allows players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic to request a temporary or permanent restriction on their account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the immediate suspension of all wagering activity, bonus offers, and promotional communications.
